Vin Nexus Center is a special education project established by Vingroup and the Vinschool Education System, with the mission of improving the quality of life for students with cognitive special educational needs - a group of children that continues to face a shortage of structured, specialized educational services in Vietnam. This marks an important milestone in expanding access to high-quality education for students with special educational needs, while also laying the foundation for a sustainable special education model with the potential to create broader impact across Vietnam and the region.

The school is committed to accompanying students over the long term through early identification, research-based intervention, and the development of individualized learning pathways. Through this, Vin Nexus Center aims to help remove barriers to educational access and create more equitable learning opportunities for all.

The first Vin Nexus Center campus is expected to open in September 2026 at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 Urban Area (Hung Yen). In preparation for the opening, we are currently recruiting for the position of Behavior Analysis and Therapy Specialist.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify the causes and functions of students’ target behaviors requiring intervention.
• Develop appropriate IEP/BIP plans for each student, ensuring that goals are clear, measurable, and achievable.
• Design ABA-based intervention programs for individual students or groups of students based on their needs and level of support required.
• Supervise the implementation of ABA programs by RBTs/teaching assistants, ensuring correct application of techniques.
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data on a regular basis to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust programs when necessary.
• Maintain professional records, prepare intervention progress reports, and communicate outcomes with parents, teachers, and academic managers.
• Train and coach RBTs/teaching assistants in ABA techniques, data collection, and behavior management throughout their work.
• Collaborate with teachers and the academic team to integrate behavioral goals into classroom instruction and students’ daily activities.
• Conduct periodic data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, identify student progress, and make timely adjustments to goals or intervention strategies.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Educational Psychology, Child Clinical Psychology, or other related disciplines.
• Holding relevant professional certifications such as BCBA, QBA, or equivalent advanced ABA certifications.
• Minimum 03 years of experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly in the field of behavioral intervention.
• Proven ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop IEP/BIP plans for students.
• Ability to design, implement, and supervise ABA-based intervention programs tailored to individual students.
• Strong communication, negotiation, training, and coaching skills.
• Strong commitment to professional ethics and strict compliance with professional procedures.
• Proficient English for professional use.
