VIN NEXUS CENTER – A HOLISTIC EDUCATION MODEL DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL
EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
Vin Nexus Center is a non-profit special education school model invested in and developed by Vingroup in collaboration with the Vinschool Education System, established to respond to the growing and underserved needs of children with special educational needs in Vietnam. We provide a safe, compassionate, and purpose-built educational environment where every learner is supported through early identification, multidisciplinary assessment, evidence-based intervention,
and personalised learning pathways. Our approach is designed to remove barriers to education and expand equitable opportunities for children and families.

Vin Nexus Center is expected to launch its first campus in September 2026 at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Hung Yen. As we prepare for this important milestone, we are looking for a Senior PR & Marketing Executive to join us and play a key role in setting up the campus for a successful opening.

Work location: Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Van Giang, Hung Yen.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview

The Senior PR & Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing communication and marketing initiatives that promote the academic programs, educational philosophy, and community impact of Vin Nexus Center.

This role requires strong research, analytical, and writing skills to translate complex educational content into clear, evidence-based communication while coordinating integrated PR and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Development
  • Research and develop evidence-based content related to education, learning science, and Vin Nexus programs.
  • Produce high-quality communication materials across channels including articles, website content, social media, newsletters, and PR materials.
  • Identify and develop compelling stories within the Vin Nexus community into meaningful public-facing narratives.
  1. PR & Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan and execute integrated PR and marketing campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Translate communication briefs into clear campaign plans with defined objectives, messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign implementation.
  1. Digital Communication
  • Manage and update content across website and digital platforms.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, online advertising, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize communication strategies.
  1. Events & Community Engagement
  • Provide communication support for events, open days, workshops, and community initiatives.
  • Develop event communication materials and coordinate media outreach when required.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree or international education experience is an advantage.
  • IELTS 7.5 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing.
  • Experience in education or knowledge-driven organizations is preferred.
  • Interest in or familiarity with special education is an advantage.

Professional Skills

  • Strong writing, research, and information synthesis skills, particularly in academic or data-driven contexts.
  • Experience in PR campaign planning, content strategy, and digital communication.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Personal Attributes

    • Ability to work effectively in a large, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality outcomes under deadlines.
